Rise And SHINE ✨

My love, I don’t have heaps to say related to this month’s meditation. Just a couple of points!
I made this morning meditation shorter so it’s even easier to sneak in to your routine if your’e short on time. On the mornings when I have my children we don't have long to get ready and out of the house, but for me meditating first thing is a non- negotiable. I just KNOW the difference it makes. I do go out without breakfast (I always eat when I get back from the school run!) But it would need to be some kind of full on emergency for me to not meditate first thing! I say this a lot: getting into alignment is analogous to fuelling your car before setting off. Unlike the latter though, we can still ‘get stuff done’ when not in alignment. It’s just that the power we fail to tap into through acting thus is HUGE. I don’t mean like not having your morning coffee, I mean waaaaay bigger than that! Because we can’t see this energy though, the mind just can’t fully grasp this notion. It’s no less true though! So, that’s my longwinded way of saying I made the meditation less than ten minutes to make it even easier to use, and to remind you of just how powerful ‘lining up your energy’ is, especially either first thing, or before bed!
OK-I also want to mention here that ‘bad’ dreams are doing ‘good’ things for you! Please know that as and when you have an unwanted dream, what said dream is doing is processing perceived or actual traumas, or negative experiences. The challenge is to not let the bad taste they can leave in your mouth affect your day. The best approach to take (which I briefly allude to in the meditation) is to be thankful for the dream and then draw a line under it. Otherwise you end up thinking about it again, keeping the feelings active and falling into a cycle of more dreams that reflect it! Breaking this cycle is a small but powerful shift you can make when you understand what’s going on.
My dear, I hope this helps and that you love the meditation.
Big love,
Zofie x
