OK- if you know anything about me you’ll likely know I’m BIG TIME into manifesting! I mean I’ve been ‘at this’ for a looooong time now! (That’s just to say there’s a LOT I know about this topic…)
And at the same time, I still don’t know it ALL and things still keep landing MORE as I keep focusing on showing up and studying, learning, applying.
Anyhoo- yesterday I had one of those penny dropping moments and the Truth that it’s.all.so.simple landed even more fully than it has before. I mean, I’ve GOT it before, many times! And then it begins to elude me a little, before I come back to it….each time MORE deeply and with MORE clarity.
As I lay in bed pondering, what landed with me was this:
You really just need to keep feeling the feels of how you WANT things to be, ON.REPEAT, as you also kind of soften your focus on what already is, and keep going with this until what you DESIRE manifests! It ALL adds up! Every visualisation, meditation, affirmation, they all drip feed your cup of creation as I call it in the meditation…. until eventually, certainly, what was once only a twinkle in your eye is now YOUR REALITY.
Seriously this is it! And it gets to be easy! Sure, life will always throw up challenges and this isn’t wrong or bad, but at the same time you get to get what you want with ease- you’re meant to co-create your wishes with the universe, see them come to full fruition, fulfilled, to manifest!
I love the comparison between this and losing weight! At first, you’re say two stone overweight and embark on some kind of diet. So for a WHOLE DAY you ingest only green stuff and not a lot of it….ugh 😩! And of course, most likely you’ll see NO CHANGE on the scales or with the tape measure! And this may continue for the next day, and the next….and some lengthier age, sex, and metabolism dependant period of time!
Does this time lag mean it’s not working/won’t work?! Course not! And how do you succeed? What’s the vibe to lose the weight? Well, keep going of course! And hey, I know we can get all complicated about health and weight loss but that’s not the point! Ultimately, when you have enough of a calorie deficit for long enough you WILL lose weight!
And another thing on that, there is such a thing as ‘calorific no man’s land’. That’s to say- you can cut your calories by say 150 a day until the end of time with NO RESULTS if what you need is a 200 calorie deficit to lose the pounds. And it’s the same in manifesting, you can be doing some of the work but not quite enough, or working it but not consistently and doing the dirty on yourself because it’s not enough to reach the magic overflow point!
Moral of the story is:
It’s natural and easy to manifest
IT WORKS!
It all adds up!
Feel the feels of what you desire, on.repeat and turn the dial down on what is….
Rinse and repeat until your thoughts turn to things, dreams become reality, wishes are fulfilled!
Sure - like with weight loss, there’s more to this…that’s how I and others create so much content. BUT ultimately, get this, (and keep coming back to it), and know you’ve GOT IT!
