Limitless- The Awesome Power of 'Both And' Thinking! 🙌

The theme and meditation this month are based on something I’m OB-SESSED with right now! If you’ve studied Manifesting Miracles with me you’ll have heard me talk uber passionately about exponential growth (it’s legit embarrassing 😂.) Well, this is kinda like that but then some!!

The notion of ‘both and’ thinking is a relatively new one to me. And as soon as I heard it, it hit like a ton of bricks. The idea resonated with my SOUL and I could feel the potency right away. This happens to me a lot; because I’ve been so focused on my work for so long, and I’ve done heaps of inner work to clear my mind. I’m now at a stage in my life where I can sniff out a golden nugget from afar, and I feel it’s my DUTY to share what I find with YOU, to help YOU in your life my friend!

Cutting to it:

✨ ‘Both and’ thinking steps you into the mind of the divine; lines you up with the perspective of your divinity.

Need I say more?! Here’s the thing, ‘either or’ thoughts come from the mind, and the mind is limited. Like I say in the meditation we’re all like tiny creatures in a jar with no lid, unaware that we can jump higher than the top! So much higher! AND be supported as we do. We can’t see beyond the limitations of the mind, our programming, societal norms and expectations.

Except ‘both and’ thinking will set you free! I’ve been applying it all.over.the.place and it feels so good!

  • Before, when I learnt something new my mind would be all: ‘Well if this is true, THAT can’t be!’ (Not anymore. Now I see BOTH perspectives get to be true- BOTH, AND!

  • I used to believe in compromise more…because how can two ‘conflicting’ needs be met?! (Now I step into limitless perspective, swim in the pool of infinite possibility and allow the universe to show me how!)

  • Old me would think in a discussion where I disagreed with someone that either THEY were right, or me. (I realise now that it’s possible for us both to be right!)

Truth is, your beliefs are self-fulfilling prophecies. If you believe X to be true, it will be proven to you…..So when you step into the realms of ‘both and’ you open yourself up to limitless possibilities, to swim in the pool of infinite possibilities.

SO. MUCH.FUN!

Like the saying goes: argue for your limitations and you get to keep them! Argue for either or and you get to experience that. But choose the realm of ‘both and’ and it MUST be proven to you. Because your outer world is a reflection of your inner, a step into this divine mind perspective lands you a life to match. And this my friend, is nothing short of mind blowing!
