Hope Will Guide You Home

Zofie Lloyd-Kucia

Sooooo, I felt really called to focus on hope this month. If you’re reading this in realtime you’ll know that as I type, the globe is in the midst of a pandemic and has been for some time. Many of us are either in, or just leaving the second lockdown so far…

And the extra stresses of this time have really highlighted many pre-existing issues many of us live with. Things are just more of a challenge, life on the whole is more tiring. Having to think about new things, manage change, and make more decisions are all tiring for the brain and frankly, most folks were already kind of on the edge….

As a result I really wanted to focus on hope this month. Because truth is, as I say in the meditation, no matter how bleak, hope is always an option. You can be in pain and mad about it, or in pain yet hopeful. You can be facing a real challenge in your life and wracked with fear, or you can choose to remain hopeful.

And how you respond is eeeeeeverything. I say this all.the.time!

It’s totes fine and normal to get your knickers in a twist then things ‘go wrong’. It’s super ‘human’ and more than OK, so please don’t beat yourself up as and when this happens to you! BUT, what’s key is having a solid comeback rate, knowing what to do to get back on your feet sooner rather than later…

And hope is one tool to have in your arsenal here. Please know that (as I say in the meditation), hope is your signpost to guide you towards the rewards due to you anytime things have gone all pants and that.

I consider myself lucky today because as and when I feel real baaaad, on the back of all the work I’ve done over the years, my malaise is invariably held in a kind of peace, so while I still feel the pain, it’s softened, soothed.

Hope will do this for you when you need.

It’s always there for you, waiting lovingly to support you, no matter the sitch.

I wrote this meditation at the tale end of heaps of personal growth in my own life, on the back of a lot of pain, from a broken open place. I really hope (no pun intended)!! you can feel the might of my compassion, and love I share with you in the words, and my intention.

With so much love,

Zofie x
